Return and Exchange Policy

We guarantee that you will be astonished by Worn and Haggard apparel, or we promise to fully refund your money (minus a return shipping fee) within 21 days of purchase. All items sent back must be unworn, unwashed with the original tags and original packaging.

Returns

To start a return visit www.wornandhaggard.com/account select the order and click request a return. Returns are accepted but customers will be charged a return shipping fee, this amount will be deducted from your refund. Items purchased with a discount of 20% or greater are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@wornandhaggard.com

Exchanges

To start an exchange visit www.wornandhaggard.com/account select the order and click request a return. In the note box please specify that you are requesting an exchange. Exchanges are accepted without any additional shipping charges. For store credit please specify in the note box. Store credit will be the original purchase price less the return shipping fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
